Operators must read: Daily usage on and off precautions for the printer.

The longevity of a printer is not only related to daily maintenance but also benefits from good operating habits. Today, I will share some very useful but easily overlooked operational matters - daily power-on and power-off check items for the printer.

Pre-startup inspection

  1. Keep the printing platform free of foreign objects to avoid scratching and damaging the nozzle.
  2. Keep the cleaning mechanism tidy, and ensure the scraper is clean and undamaged to avoid affecting the ink scraping effect.
  3. Ensure the ink cartridge has sufficient ink to prevent the nozzle from running dry, which can cause damage and clogging.
  4. Check the liquid level of the waste ink tank to prevent overflow during cleaning.

Check before printingFirst,We print the nozzle status picture to confirm that the nozzle effect is at its best. If the status picture is not good, a cleaning operation needs to be performed to achieve the best nozzle condition.
Before shutting down, check the printhead status diagram to confirm that the printhead effect is optimal. If not, please perform a cleaning operation to achieve the best printhead condition.

Shutdown Check

1. Check if the nozzle is properly retracted and sealed to avoid unnecessary damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the dryer is turned off and the power is disconnected.
3. Check if the paper collector is turned off and the power is disconnected.
